I urge you to shop smart, identify what you want that is within budget. Shop around with different mortgage lenders for the lowest APR and interest rate. I cannot stress this enough.

For all things outside of your own personal control, Brenda will have you covered. If she is unable to do something herself, she has a wonderful list of contacts that we used for home insurance, appraisals, inspectors etc.

The only downside I'll have for Brenda is that she isn't available for all sales. I would love to recommend her to family and friends on the east coast, but that is a bit of a hike for her. You couldn't ask for anyone better within her own service area.

I needed someone who knew how to handle VA Home loans and Brenda went above and beyond helping with not only that but with my entire home purchase process! She was a great help and ensured I understood everything and even helped me do things outside of her job description.

He had to find someone in our area who would be willing to share the commission and list our house and he would be behind the scene.
